J.E. Perkins, 57, of Whitwell, TN, died Tuesday April 15, 2014 at his home.
He was a member of Whitwell Worship Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. and Zella Perkins; brother, J. C. Perkins; and sister, Bonnie Morgan.
Survivors include his wife, Regina Perkins; son, Jeff (Brandi) Perkins; daughter, Holly Rogers; brother, W.J. Perkins, C.H. (Donna) Perkins and G.W. (Kay) Perkins; sister-in-law, Molly Perkins; mother-in-law, Alma Cookston all of Whitwell; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Cookston and Rev. Robert Harris officiating. The burial will be in Lusk Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell, where the family will receive friends Wednesday and Thursday, April 16 and 17, from 4-9 p.m. CDT.
