Hour Late took first place in Chattanooga's 2013 Battle of Bands.  The band has now been invited to attend the Battle of the Bands in Knoxville, which will be hosted by the Longbranch Saloon and sponsored by Gorilla Music.  

Marie, a local fan and Hour Late supporter since their onset, claims “Knoxville will not be able to host any other bands that will be able to compete with Hour Late.”  She boasts that Hour Late’s fan base “is like family,” and that “other bands’ fans may have difficulty even getting in the door”—implying that Hour Late fans are coming out in droves to support their Chattanooga band.
