Rebecca M. "Becky" Coyner, of Red Bank, died on Thursday, December 25, 2014.

Becky was born in Staunton, VA on July 1, 1921. She married Joseph D. (Joe) Coyner on October 24, 1942 and moved to Red Bank in 1948. She was a long time member of Red Bank Baptist Church and the Electa Sunday School Class.

Becky was predeceased by Joe; a son, Samuel G. Coyner; her parents, E.C. and Edna Michael, and a sister, Juanita Gayhart.

She is survived by a son, J. Michael Coyner (Sharon) of Conifer, Co.; daughters, Nancy K. (Terrel) Hennessee of Ooltewah and Beverly J. (Rick) Causer of Red Bank; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, at the funeral home.

Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30, in the chapel with Bill Harvey and Dr. Fred Steelman officiating. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank Wellington Place of Hixson and Hospice of Chattanooga for their care.
