The Joni Harbin Show Comes To The Gem Saturday

  • Monday, December 22, 2014

The GEM Theatre will present the Joni Harbin Show on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Review for the Joni Harbin Show:

Many know Joni as the hysterical mistress of ceremonies from the annual Dancing with the Stars fundraiser or the acclaimed emcee of the annual Pearl Awards.  Others know her as the very capable director of communications for the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce or as the executive director of the Calhoun-Gordon Council for a Literate Community.  In addition to being a local humorist, Joni is a former first-place winner in the Georgia Press Association’s humor writing category and an accomplished free lance writer with a great passion for words.

But come this week and see her take the stage as the star of her own show.  This evening will not only bring laughter to several hundred lucky ticket holders but also fulfill a long-held wish of Joni’s.

Tickets are still available at $10 for GEM members and $12 for the general public.  They may be purchased online at www.calhoungem.org, by phone at 706.625-3132 or at the Box Office.  The Box Office will be closed Wednesday and Thursday for Christmas but will open for regular hours on Friday from 3-6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
