CBL officials announced that ULTA Beauty will open a 10,826 square foot store at Northgate Mall next year. The company plans to demise the former Piccadilly space and create an entirely new façade across the front of the mall.
"Ulta Beauty is best known for its affordable indulgences by combining unmatched product breadth, value and convenience with the distinctive environment and experience of a specialty retailer," officials said.
The new ULTA Beauty store will also offer a full-service salon.
ULTA Beauty joins other retailers who have opened their doors at Northgate Mall in the last year including Burlington, Shoe Dept. Encore, Old Chicago Pizza and Old Navy.
“ULTA Beauty will provide a tremendous boost to retail sales and jobs in the Hixson area,” said Steve Banks, general manager of Northgate Mall. “It’s always great when we can announce that a regional retailer is joining the mall.”
Also in 2015, Massage Heights plans to open a 3,000 square foot retreat offering 11 single massage rooms, a couples massage room and 2 facial rooms. The owners expect to hire up to 30 massage therapists once the retreat is at full capacity.
