Pauline Durham Swift, 86, of Dunlap, TN, died unexpectedly at her home Friday, December 12, 2014.
Mrs. Swift was born June 11, 1928 to the late Nathaniel and Matilda Partin Durham; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl C. Swift; sister, Dorothy Durham; and brothers, Johnnie and Leeman Durham.
She lived in Indianapolis, IN for many years before moving to Dunlap in 2012 and was formerly a member of West View Baptist Church in Indianapolis. She was currently a member of Ewtonville Baptist Church and has served the Lord faithfully since she was a teenager.
Survivors include her sister, Irene (Nolan) Brim, Dunlap; brother, Eugene (Anna) Durham, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Iva Durham and Susan Durham; step-children, Norman Swift, Caneyville, KY and Patty Decker, Payneville, KY; two step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren;and several nieces and nephews, including special niece, Pam (Phil) Kiper, Dunlap.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. CST Monday, December 15, in the Ewton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ray Brim officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. CST Monday, December 15.
Another service and burial will be held Wednesday, December 17 at Piney Grove Cemetery in Williamsburg, KY, with visitation being at Ellison Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 16.
