"We listened to our customers and they were asking for a new experience that fit their busy schedules," said Steve Freer, spokesperson for TVRM.
"They wanted to bring their families to a daytime experience that offered a value price," he added.
This is the first of its kind in the 16 year history of North Pole Limited. Tickets for daytime start at $20.

Riders experience a holiday tradition with lighted Christmas displays as they leave Grand Junction on their way to the North Pole.  Storytelling, refreshments, unique gifts and a personal visit by Santa himself are all part of the holiday magic that passengers experience aboard the North Pole Limited.

Tickets are available select dates beginning Nov. 21 through Dec. 23, and trains depart at 5:45 and 7:45 p.m. nightly. Prices are $24 per passenger, age one and up and include chocolate milk and cookies along with a visit by Santa.  For $48, you can purchase a more intimate and special experience in Santa's Private Car which features hot cocoa, homemade cookies and more time with Santa. As an added experience, the Coca-Cola Polar Bear will be making an appearance at Grand Junction on Nov. 29Dec. 6 and 19, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
