Carroll, Marilynn L. (Cleveland)

Marilynn L. Carroll, 54, of Cleveland, TN, died on Friday morning, November 21, 2014.

She was born in Painesville, OH on December 23, 1959. Marilynn was a devoted homemaker who loved gardening, canning and collecting dolls. Above all, she enjoyed the role of grandmother most of all.  She was of the Church of God faith and a member of South Cleveland Church of God. 

Marilynn was preceded in death by her father, Bill Fox. 

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 14 years, Chuck Carroll; three sons, Greg Ankeny, Michael Ankeny (Misty) and Douglas Ankeny (Desiree); five grandchildren, Hannah, Christian, Brandon, Chelsea and Austin; her mother, Nancy Bennett of Mentor, OH; siblings, Bill Fox, David Bennett, John Bennett, Tim Bennett & Thomas Bennett; and numerous other extended family members, church family members and special friends. 

A celebration of life is planned for Tuesday, November 25 at 7 p.m. at the South Cleveland Church of God located 1846 Volunteer Drive in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Chris Moody officiating. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 25 from 5-7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made the South Cleveland Church of God building fund in Marilynn’s memory.

Companion Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
