Josh Davis Was Victim In Bradley County Fatal Shooting

The man who was shot in the area of Georgetown Road in Bradley County and later died has been identified as 36-year-old Aaron "Josh" Davis.

A Bradley County Sheriff's Office deputy was waved down at the intersection of 25th Street and Peerless Road by the driver of a vehicle who told the officer a gunshot victim was inside. The officer followed the car to SkyRidge Medical Center.

Several people soon arrived at the hospital, and a disturbance ensued.

Bradley County officers and Cleveland Police were on the scene and handled the incident. One person was charged with disturbing the peace by Cleveland Police.

The victim of the shooting was flown to Erlanger Hospital via LifeForce helicopter, where he later died.

Bradley County CID is investigating the shooting.
