Reflection Riding Arboretum And Nature Center Giving Campaign Kicks Off

  • Thursday, November 20, 2014

Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center will kick off its annual giving campaign this month.

Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center, at the foot of historic Lookout Mountain, has breathtaking scenery, native gardens, and miles of trails for walking, biking and driving. Located within six miles of downtown Chattanooga, the level IV Arboretum includes 317 acres with 150 classified and marked tree species.

At Reflection Riding this year, over 14,000 children and adults learned about the wonders of nature.

Food and medical care was provided for the wildlife Animal Ambassadors, including the endangered Red Wolves. The greenhouse produced more than 10,000 native plants. Staff, equipment and supplies helped maintain the miles of roads and acres of trees and wildflowers.

None of this would be possible without the generosity of donors. The annual giving campaign kicks off this month. To contribute, call Diane Morgan at 423 821-1160, ext. 111 or visit reflectionriding.org to make a donation online. Make contributions by Dec. 31, to take advantage of 2014 tax deductibility.
