Henry Emil Batch, 82, of Decatur, TN, died Monday, October 27, 2014.
He was born in Wilkes-Darre, PA. on February 13, 1932. Henry served our in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a gold card member of the VFW.
Henry was the son of the late Charlie And Veronica Batch; and was also preceded in death by his grandson, John Varga; and his Aunt Sue and Uncle Emil.
He is survived by sons, J. Edwin Batch (Vern), of Canton, OH, James Batch (Karen), of Hollywood, FL, Eric Batch (Carmen), of Valdosta, GA and Paul Batch (Stacey), of Orange City, FL.; daughter, Joyce Varga (Richard), of Decatur, TN; grandchildren, Cassandra, Andrew and Jamie Varga, Alex, Steven, Dancan, David, Tara, Benny, Rick, Melissa and Tangi; 14 great-grandchildren; and special friend, Alma Hamrick, of Akron, OH.
The family will have a private celebration of his life.
