Marc H. Harwell
Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC announced that Chattanooga attorney Marc H. Harwell has been elected to the board of directors for ALFA International.
ALFA International is the first, and continues to be one of the largest legal networks, with over 150 legal firms throughout the world. The ALFA International board of directors is made up of 16 member-firm attorneys from the United States and around the world who together ensure proper governance of the organization, said officials. The Chattanooga office of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC has been a member of ALFA International since 1980, which is also the same year ALFA International was founded.
Mr. Harwell is a Chattanooga native whose practice emphasizes civil defense litigation concerning employment law (Title VII, retaliatory discharge, ADA, FMLA, no-compete agreements, etc.) personal injury (trucking industry, automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability), construction law, professional liability, and insurance coverage. Mr. Harwell also serves on multiple committees with ALFA International, including the Transportation Law section and the Employment Law section. Mr. Harwell’s board of directors term will run from 2014-2017.
