Scots Soccer Ranked 10th Regionally

The Covenant men's soccer team continues to be ranked regionally as both the NCAA and the NSCAA have released their rankings this week. The Scots are No. 6 in the NCAA South Atlantic rankings and are 10th regionally in the NSCAA.

This is the first week that the NCAA has released its region ranks.

Covenant is 9-4-2 on the year and 5-1-1 inside the USA South.

The Scots are the only USA South school in the NCAA rankings and one of two schools, with Methodist, in the NSCAA rankings. 

The Scots played one match last week and cruised past Huntingdon 4-0 behind two scores from Snoopy Davidson and a goal apiece fromRussell Harrison and Joel Friesen. Covenant will wrap up its regular season home schedule this weekend against Averett (Friday, 2 p.m.) and William Peace (Saturday, 2 p.m.).
