Peggy Rana Hope Lankford, 44, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, October 21, 2014.
She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was of the Baptist faith. Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be greatly missed.
Peggy was preceded in death by her nephew, Dustin Eugene Rector.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Hill; parents, Robert Hope and Delores (Johnny) Steele; children, April (Tim) Brownell, Robert L. Lankford and Larry L. Lankford; siblings, Deborah Kay Hope and Rodney (Pamela) Hope; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, at Lakewood Memorial Gardens-South, with Minister Kathy Collis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until leaving for the service.
Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
