East Ridge Police responded to a disorder at the intersection of South Moore Road and South Terrace on Friday around 3 p.m.
While en route, police were advised the situation had devolved into a physical altercation. As officers were arriving, they were informed that weapons were involved and shots had been fired.
Arriving officers observed Ms. Clark brandishing a handgun. Ms. Clark initially failed to comply with the officers commands to drop her weapon. After numerous challenges, she obeyed officer instructions and complied.
