New Self-Storage Facility To Open In The Southside

  • Tuesday, August 20, 2013

NitNeil Partners, a regional real estate development and investment firm, has expanded into the Tennessee market with the development of a new self-storage facility in downtown Chattanooga.

The new three-story building will feature 57,545 square feet of climate-controlled self-storage.

Located off of Broad Street in the Southside Historic District of Chattanooga, the facility will offer residents, businesses and students a high quality, highly secure self-storage option that is convenient to the urban core, officials said.

"Downtown Chattanooga has emerged as an attractive destination for entrepreneurs and residents that are seeking a great quality of life." said Nitesh K. Sapra, principal of NitNeil Partners. "This facility will provide support to the residential and economic growth that the city is currently experiencing."

NitNeil Partners recently completed a similar facility in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. The facility has been very well received by the surrounding neighborhood, it was stated.

The Chattanooga facility is projected to be completed in Spring of 2014.
