Jacob Michael Brackett, age 19, of 242 South Fox Run Circle Flintstone, GA was arrested July 12, 2013 for Bond Surrenders for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Sale of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Bracket was released on $16,500 bond.
Brian Anthony Rittenberry, age 35, of 1011 Ross Lane Clarksville, TN was arrested July 12, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Rittenberry remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Chaz Nixon Torbush, age 18, of 5716 Mulberry Street Ooltewah, TN was arrested July 12, 2013 for a Bench Warrant and Bond Surrenders for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Torbush remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Jeremiah Nathaniel Weed, age 35, of 3295 Hwy 41 Rising Fawn, GA was arrested July 12, 2013 for Probation Violation for Aggravated Assault. No bond has been set. Weed remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Tommy Ray Cabe II, age 51, of 704 Carroll Drive Rossville, GA was arrested July 13, 2013 for two counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts and Aggravated Stalking. No bond has been set. Cabe remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Gregory Scott Clark, age 40, of 405 Sam Love Road Rocky Face, GA was arrested July 14, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Windshield Violation. No bond has been set. Clark remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Matthew Wayne Croy, age 30, of 3999 Hwy 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested July 14, 2013 for Aggravated Assault. Croy was released on $5,000 bond.
Brenda Kay Ford, age 43, of 16730 Hwy 11 North Windwood, GA was arrested July 14, 2013 for Probation Violation for Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraud. No bond has been set. Ford remains incarcerated at CCDC.
James Ryan Watts, age 25, of 115 Tea Rose Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 14, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Schedule IV Drugs. Bond has been set at $20,500. Watts remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Amber Nicole Williams, age 26, of 207 Hixson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 15, 2013 for Probation Violation for Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Samantha Eugenia Cotman, age 33, of 203 Park Lake Road Rossville, GA was arrested July 16, 2013 for three counts of Financial Identity Fraud. Cotman was released on $15,000 bond.
Jessica Nicole Guice, age 24, of 178 Appaloosa Drive Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 16, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Guice remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Shannon Jacob Ray, age 27, of 883 Bowman Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 16, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and a Probation Violation for Driving on Suspended License and Reckless Driving. No bond has been set. Ray remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Charles William Taylor, age 34, of 16 Tenant Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 16, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property out of State and Windshield Violation. Taylor was released on $5,500 bond.
Brandon Richard Ferrel, age 21, of 320 Nawaka Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested July 17, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree and Probation Violation for Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. Ferrel remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Joel Thomas Sawyer, age 27, of 55 Lakeview Terrace Rossville, GA was arrested July 17, 2013 for Entering and Auto, Loitering or Prowling, a Bench Warrant for Simple Battery and Obstruction of a 911 Call and a Probation Violation for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Stephen Tyler Lanier, age 17, of 1246 Vittetoe Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested July 18, 2013 for Forgery 3rd Degree. Lanier was released on $3,500 bond.
Stephen Samuel McCulligh, age 31, of 40 Helen Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested July 18, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Bond has been set at $5,000. McCulligh remains incarcerated at CCDC.
