Appeal Hearings Delayed For Eubanks, Long

Appeal hearings for fired Fort Oglethorpe officials David Eubanks and Jeff Long have been delayed again.

They were set for next Tuesday, but had to be postponed due to their attorneys having scheduling conflicts.

A new date has not been set.

Mr. Eubanks was ousted as police chief and Mr. Long as public works director.
