Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise Announces New Housing Incentive Program

The Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise and the City of Chattanooga will announce a new houseing incentives program at a joint press conference this Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Chattanooga Fire Station, 1218 E Main St. Mayor Ron Littlefield, Fire Chief Randy Parker, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE), community leaders and city officials will be present for the announcement.

A man who police said was traveling 70 miles per hour on a side street in St. Elmo when he wrecked and killed one of his close friends was sentenced Monday to nine years in prison.
