Catoosa County Arrest Report For Feb. 8-14

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Feb. 8-14. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,358 calls. 57 were booked on a total of 141 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,358 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Connie Jeanine Irvin, age 47, of 171 Shaw Hollow Road New Tazewell, TN was arrested February 08, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Irvin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Elizabeth Renee Roach, age 21, of 595 Roach Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested February 08, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving without Valid License, Weaving and a Bench Warrant for Shoplifting. Roach was released on $12,550 bond.

David Silas Williams, age 27, of 53 Lincoln Drive Rossville, GA was arrested February 09, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Curtis Anthony Bryson, age 30, of 1547 Hwy 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested February 11, 2013 for six counts of Entering an Auto, Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State and Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers. Bond has been set at $51,500. Bryson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Danny Troy Carroll, age 48, of 722 Carden Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested February 12, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting. Carroll was released on $2,500 bond.

Criston Carter Clark, age 44, of 3630 Trion Hwy Lafayette, GA was arrested February 12, 2013 for forty-one counts of Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. Clark was released on $41,000 bond.

Ashley Morgan Smith, age 22, of 619 S Crest Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested February 12, 2013 for a Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for two counts of Sell of Schedule II Drugs and two counts of Use of a Communication Facility During Commission of a Felony. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stephen Jay Baugh, age 48, of 112 Country Green Road Ringgold, GA was arrested February 13, 2013 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Baugh remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joseph Lee Blaxton, age 29, of 1827 Hidden Ridge Drive Soddy Daisy, TN was arrested February 13, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Blaxton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Sherrie Annette Stamey, age 45, of 931 Hulana Street Rossville, GA was arrested February 13, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Stamey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dylan Michael Turner, age 20, of 9112 Hwy 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested February 13, 2013 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. No bond has been set. Turner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Billie Jo Amiotte, age 35, of 7 Gene Autry Lane Rossville, GA was arrested February 14, 2013 for Cruelty to Children 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Amiotte remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Richard Ferrel, age 20, of 320 Nawaka Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested February 14, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ferrel remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Charles Gregg, age 24, of 41 Crestview Drive Rossville, GA was arrested February 14, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gregg remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Pope Morris, age 24, of 71 Spring Meadows Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested February 14, 2013 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Morris remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Thomas Harry Woodcox, age 44, of 301 Elm Avenue Jasper, TN was arrested February 14, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Woodcox remains incarcerated at CCDC.
