Violet Jane  Allmon  Jones, 70,  of Center  Post, GA,  died  Tuesday, October  22,  2013.

Jane  was  preceded  in  death  by  her  husband,  John  Jones;  parents,  James  (Rube)  and  Mattie  Millican  Allmon; and  brothers,  James  and  Ivan  Allmon.

She  was  a  member  of  Harrisburg  Church  of  the  Nazarene.

She is survived  by  daughter  and  son-in-law,  Leslie  (Dell)  Falls,  Rossville; son  and  daughter-in-law,  Mike  (Tonia)  Jones,  Center  Post;  brothers,  George  Allmond,  Lake  Panasoskee,  FL and Charles  Allmond,  Chesterton,  IN;  grandchildren,  Joey  (Shalonda)  Lyons,  Cody  Lyons and  Zack  Jones;  great-grandchild,  Anna  Marie  Lyons; and several  nieces  and  nephews.

Funeral  will be held from  the  Wallis  Memorial  Chapel  Friday, October 25 at 1 p.m.  Service will be conducted  by  Rev.  Pam  Frye. Pallbearers  are  grandsons,  Wayne  Taylor,  Damon  Hash,  Tony  Gonzales. Honorary  pallbearers  are  the  men  of  Harrisburg  Church  of  the  Nazarene. Interment will be  in  Chattooga  Baptist  Church  Cemetery.

The  family  will  receive  friends  at  the  Funeral  Home  Thursday, October 24 from 6:-8 p.m.

The arrangements are by Wallis- Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
