Victims Identified In Sunday Night's Shooting At Rossville Boulevard Market

Three people were shot Sunday night at the Rossville Corner Market near the 3700 block of Rossville Boulevard.

The victims have been identified as Christopher Penn, 21, Dayontae Menifee, 24, and Amy West, 19. It was reported to detectives that the suspect(s) fled in a white Ford Crown Victoria.  

The injuries to the victims are not believed to be life-threatening.

The gunfire broke out around 6:15 p.m.

Demetrice Carson Shot On Bennett Avenue Tuesday Night

Police responded to a shooting Tuesday night at approximately 10:21 p.m. at 2109 Bennett Ave.   The victim, Demetrice Carson, 24, had been shot in the hand and was transported to a local hospital via a personally owned vehicle.   It was reported to detectives that Carson was sitting on the porch at the residence when the suspect shot him and fled the scene.   ...
