Alexian Village of Tennessee will break ground Thursday on a $32 million dollar development project that will include a brand-new health and rehabilitation center.
Officials said, "The new health and rehabilitation center will not only add memory care services, but will also give the current nursing care facility a more “homelike” as opposed to “institutional” feeling. What are now semi-private rooms will become private quarters in a building divided into “neighborhoods” with living and dining area for each."
At more than 100,000 square feet, the new health and rehabilitation project is part of Alexian Village’s $32 million master plan. The project is estimated to provide work for approximately 575 people involved in the two-year construction project.
