Byron David Hill, 66, of Dalton, GA, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Mattie Lou Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Crump Hill of the residence; sister & brother-in-law, Cecille & David Crump of Dalton; special nephew, Greg Crump of Calhoun; special niece, Shannon Crump Cochran of Cartersville; nephews and nieces, Richard Crump of Richarson, TX, Patrick Jordan of Arlington, TX, Jason Stone of Catoosa, OK and Scott Stone of Tuscola, TX; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Ronald & Beth Crump of Maramec, OK and Gary Crump of Stillwater, OK; and ten great-nieces and nephews.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of Byron Hill will be held Friday, September 7, at 4 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Gladson officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, September 6 from 5-8 p.m.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to N.W. GA Parkinson Disease Association, P.O. Box 6044, Dalton, GA 30722-6044.
