Horrible Court Outcomes For John Mays - Cruelty To Horses - And Richard Batson - Foster Child Rape - And Response

Tuesday, August 07, 2012

One gets off writing a newspaper article about soring? The other gets probation?  No wonder the world is so messed up.

Those horse abuse videos make me ill and I cannot imagine such torture.  A 16-year-old child preyed upon by her foster parent and coerced into a threesome with a neighbor? How much more deviant and sordid does it have to be?

Child abusers and animal abusers are the lowest life form on the planet, and should not be unleashed upon society. The law bungled these two sentences to the max. Unbelievable. Horrible.

Just another decision that turns people's stomach. It is not surprising it was in Judge Stern's courtroom. Maybe the judge will tell us what age does the law say in a case like this before it is rape, 12, 13, 14, 15 ? Another young girl denied justice from a drunk foster parent.

It is too bad the judges are elected for the years they are. If people want to recall a politician they should put Judge Stern at the top of the list.

I would say to the young ladies 16 and under, you should beware as justice is extremely blind in this county.

Just think judges do not have to explain the reasons for their rulings. Must be because they are divine.

Questionable Moc Coaching Choices - And Response

David Blackburn proved that he rolled an elder vice chancellor to hire Will Wade. I can't find one game Wade coached. Should we think he is a better coach than the Georgia coach that won the SEC? At least four jobs were open in and around Wade's hometown, Nashville. No one mentioned his name. While Blackburn was preaching in the Chattanoogan Room about the fairness of the ... Clowns - And Response (2)

Back in 1973 Stephen Sondheim wrote a song for a Broadway play he titled Send in The Clowns. It subsequently became popular fare for many artists including Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey and others, becoming a popular hit, twice, for '60's activist and protester Judy Collins. I first thought of it as just another boring, elevator music attempt by a former HippyChic to pump up her ... (click for more)

Chief Magistrate Russell Says Ables Should Have Waited To Sign Warrant For Teen Beer Bust

Officials in the Sheriff's Department said a warrant was not obtained early Saturday morning to go inside a house where over 20 allegedly beer-drinking teens were partying because a magistrate said he was about to get off duty and wouldn't wait over. Sgt. Robert Starnes said he was standing by a deputy who called Magistrate Larry Ables at 4:30 a.m. seeking the warrant ... (click for more)

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Silverdale Baptist Academy Seahawks appeared in their first Class A state baseball tournament game Tuesday afternoon and played liked they had been here before. Notre Dame Falls In State Soccer Tournament

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- After scoring a goal 15 minutes into Tuesday’s TSSAA Class A/AA soccer quarterfinal and holding that lead for the next 23 minutes, Notre Dame felt good about its chances of advancing to the state semifinals. Two plays from White House’s Luis Vital prevented the Irish from doing so. The sophomore scored the equalizer two minutes before halftime, and in ... (click for more)
