“The Possibility of Change” is the title of Sunday’s message presented by Pastor Paul
Rebelo on Sunday, Aug. 19, at 10:45 a.m. as the church also welcomes new organist
Tambry Green. Assistive listening devices are available to worshipers with hearing loss
during the service. Real-time captioning also is offered on many Sundays. Visitors are
always welcome!
First Christian Church, located at 650 McCallie Avenue, is a church of service, not lip
service. Brown Academy Angel Program sponsors are needed year-round to provide
students with necessities and special treats throughout the year. The Community
Kitchen is experiencing a shortage in food supplies and First Christian Church members
and guests are asked to bring spaghetti pasta and spaghetti sauce to help re-supply their
pantries. Drop offs can be made in the lobby.
