Alexian Grove is hosting a panel discussion on the care of Chattanooga’s poor and underserved within the senior community. The discussion, "Isolation vs. Community" will address current conditions that lead to personal isolation and the responsibility to the value of community in broad and specific terms. It is the third in a five-month series discussing the five core values of Alexian Brothers.
The panel will include Davied Masner, Alexian Brothers P.A.C.E. program; Susan Chill, Alexian Brothers social worker; Steve Witt, Director of the Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability; Christy Bonner, Chaplain with Hospice of Chattanooga; Rabbi Bill Tepper of Mizpah Congregation.
The program is free of charge and open to the public. CEUs (Continuing Education Units) are being offered by UTC for $20.
