I noticed that there have been several roundabouts built around the city the last few years and they seem to help with traffic flow.
What I don’t understand is that the ones I have seen are either concrete or full of weeds and garbage. In other areas of the state I’ve noticed that they actually plant flowers and maintain the areas with mulch or grass.
It’s just a real shame that the city doesn’t take more pride in keeping these areas maintained.

The Lookout Valley roundabout has blooming flowers, and day lilies. And it is regularly weeded and cleaned.
But don't thank the city. Its in our local landscape company "The Grass is Greener" who donates time and materials to keep it pretty. Thank you Grass is Greener for caring about your neighborhood. You do great work.
