Market, Wenz & Conder Join Real Estate Team Of Hutton Company

Chattanooga based, the Hutton Company, announced the addition of Gary Market, Adam Wenz and Evan Conder to the Hutton Real Estate Team.    

Gary Market will be working in Scottsdale, Az., as a Site Acquisition’s Partner for the Real Estate team of the Hutton Company. Prior to joining Hutton, Mr. Market was the Director of Real Estate for Michael’s Stores, based in Irving, Texas.  He was responsible for the coordinating and development of new stores, remodels, re-locations and store closures for 11 of the western states.  Mr. Market was also employed as a Regional VP for the Rite Aid Corporation and a Regional VP of Real Estate for Family Dollar Stores, Inc.  Mr. Market graduated from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., with a Bachelor of Arts in History and then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.  

Adam Wenz also joins the Hutton Team as a Site Acquisition’s Partner.  He will be working in the Atlanta area, covering the Southeast Region for the Hutton Company.  Mr. Wenz has most recently been a Senior Advisor for RPA Commercial, serving as a Master Broker for Sola Salon Studios, Easton Bell Sports and provided Site Selections for preferred Family Dollar and O’Reilly Stores.  He has also served as the VP of Leasing and Development for The Trilogy Group in Atlanta, representing Carsmetics, Inc, American Capital and Jenny Craig, concentrated on real estate site analysis in the Southeast. Mr. Wenz graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Ks., with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications.

Evan Conder joins the Hutton Team as an Assistant Real Estate Manager, working directly with John Potter, in the Louisville, Ky., Hutton office. Mr. Conder has recently graduated with a Master of Education in Urban Planning: Real Estate Development Certificate (GCRED) from the University of Louisville College of Arts and Sciences and holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky.  While in school, he successfully completed an internship with the Robert Doughty Consultancy Limited in Helpringham, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.  He was responsible for communications with multiple developers, carrying out strategic planning advising long term development potential, commercial proposals for new development and expansion and Real Estate property evaluation, pro-forma’s and property financing.  Mr. Conder also completed an internship with the Barren River Area Development District of Bowling Green, KY, working in Economic Development and Transportation Planning.
