Joy Ann Caldwell, 66, of Dunlap, TN, died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Erlanger Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by parents, Howard and Retha Standefer; aunt, Vernall Harding; and uncle, Mitchell Standefer.
She is survived by husband, George Caldwell; three daughters, Linda Blizzard, AL, Veronica Thompson and Cynthia Smith, both of Dunlap; four sons, Billy Bates, Tommy Bates, and Lee Bates all of AL, and Rodney Thompson, Dunlap; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six sisters, Alberta Standefer, Betty Sharp, Gina Cribbs, all of Dunlap, Debbie Neal, Gracie Watson, AL and Patricia Wilson, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 23 at 2 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, where the family will receive friends Saturday, December 22 from 4-9 p.m. CST.
