Silver Star Ringers Perform For Hutcheson Rehab Patients

The Silver Star Ringers, a local hand bell choir, performed a Christmas hand bell concert on Monday for Hutcheson patients in the hospital’s short-term rehabilitation unit. The choir organized in early 2012 and is led by Anne Goodson.  

After the concert, the patients presented each of the Ringers with a gift of appreciation for their performance.

Hutcheson’s rehab unit, also known as SAC, is a 16-bed outpatient area for patients requiring less than 30 days of skilled nursing assistance.

The unit on the third floor of the hospital.

DA Pinkston Files Petition To Declare 2 Gangs A Public Nuisance

District Attorney General Neal Pinkston filed a petition on Monday asking that two Chattanooga gangs, the Gangster Disciples and the Grape Street Crips, and their members be declared public nuisances.
