Angela Renee Beard, age 40, of 394 Cherokee Trail Trenton, GA was arrested December14, 2012 for Probation Violation and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Beard remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Charles Raymond Blakemore Jr., age 38, of 1222 E 39th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 14, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Blakemore remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Brandon Cole Dockery, age 17, of 452 Smith Chapel Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested December 14, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Dockery was released on $5,000 bond.
Billy Lee Hayes, age 31, of 112 Clark Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested December 14, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hayes remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Garth Dustin Moore, age 21, of 48 Circle Drive Rossville, GA was arrested December 14, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Curt Adam Neusom, age 35, of 56 Princess Lane Rossville, GA was arrested December 14, 2012 for Aggravated Assault. Neusom was released on $5,000 bond.
William Robert Walden, age 50, of 307 Clubview Court Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 14, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Walden remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Don Daniel Burton, age 52, of 653 Pine Grove Road Ringgold, GA was arrested December 15, 2012 for Battery (FVA) and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Burton remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Natasha Marie Dunn, age 25, of 2002 E 33rd Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 17, 2012 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Financial Transaction Card Theft, Criminal Trespass, two counts of Forgery 4th Degree and Hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $16,500. Dunn remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Damon Scott Guffey Jr., age 20, of 3334 Lookout Lake Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 17, 2012 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Financial Transaction Card Theft, Criminal Trespass and Hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $11,500. Guffey remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Brandon Hamilton Harper, age 35, of 908 Riverpoint Drive Albany, GA was arrested December 17, 2012 for two counts of Theft by Taking and Financial Transaction Card Theft. Bond has been set at $7,500. Harper remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Martin Joel Holloway, age 53, of 207 W Peachtree Street Rossville, GA was arrested December 17, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Holloway remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Malachi Shahado Matthew Akhtab, age 21, of 409 Brookhaven Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 18, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Akhtab remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Albert Randolph Chastain, age 30, of 603 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 19, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Chastain was released on $4,500 bond.
Ashley Michelle Cook, age 22, of 2005 E 16th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 19, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Cook was released on $10,000 bond.
Dawn Rayven Forgey, age 26, of 603 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 19, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Forgey was released on $4,500 bond.
