The next Chattanooga Diabetes Sisters PODS Meetup, for women with diabetes, to be held Thursday, Dec. 6, from 6:30-8 p.m. at Chattanooga First Church of the Nazarene, 5455 North Terrace, Chattanooga.
Special guest speaker, Claire Blum, is a certified Diabetes educator and health coach and will facilitate conversations on “Mindful Moments for Holiday Eating.”
Organizers said, "Don’t miss this special opportunity to learn ways you can fully enjoy your holiday while managing your diabetes." This program is a free for women with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and is hosted by Partners & Peers for Diabetes Care.
