Michael L. Boyd
Michael L. Boyd has been arrested on charges that he took items from the home of an elderly woman in failing health who was staying with relatives.
Boyd, 34, gave one address as 667 Courtney Lane, Chattanooga, and another as 31 Hosta Lane, Ringgold. He is charged with aggravated burglary.
Zack Hamby said he stopped by the home of his grandmother on Dewayne Road on Nov. 12 and spotted Boyd with some of her items. He said he yelled at him when he saw him loading paintings, pictures and china into his truck.
He said Boyd climbed into the truck and sped away.
The front door had been pried open.
