The Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise will host a fall block party on Holly Street Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The community is invited to tour available homes and partake in seasonal activities.
The block party will be held in the Bushtown Neighborhood at 601 North Holly St. and is hosted by the Chattanooga community, Bushtown Neighborhood Association and the Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise.
Festivities will include fall food, including caramel apples, and activities, such as face painting and cornhole. The block party will be hosted in a series of five homes on North Holly Street available for purchase from CNE.
After touring all five homes, qualified participants can enter a drawing to win up to $20,000 in homebuyer incentives. CNE will also have a homeownership specialist on-site to discuss the benefits of homeownership and share resources available at CNE to help buy a home.
Parking for the event will be available at Orchard Knob Middle School.
