Catoosa County Arrest Report July 15-21

Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers said during the week of July 15 through July 21, officers and detectives answered 1,451 calls. He said 55 were booked on a total of 121 counts.

The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1451 calls, the following felony arrests were made.


Kenneth Mac Lemons Jr., age 52, of 37 Dehart Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for a Probation Violation, two counts of Theft by Taking and Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Lemons remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Ray Mowery, age 19, of 162 Prentice Way Dalton, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for three counts of Burglary and two counts of Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree. Mowery was released on $25,000 bond.

Randy Mack Greenway, age 50, of 129 Jolly Street Calhoun, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for Sexual Exploitation of a Child and two counts of Criminal Attempt – Aggravated Child Molestation. Greenway was released on $30,000 bond.

Robbie Joe Crye, age 60, of 2400 Westside Drive Nashville, TN was arrested July 15, 2011 for Possession of a Schedule II Drug, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, Duty of Driver to Stop At Or Return to Scene of Accident, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Driving on Suspended or Revoked License and a Hold for Walker County Sheriff's Office. Crye was released on $13,500 bond.

Teirsha Lois Brogden, age 37, of 148 S Cedar Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for Theft by Taking. Brogden was released on $5,000 bond.

Sherrie Ann Ridge, age 44, of 540 Tunnel Hill Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ridge remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christine Diane Moore, age 43, of 300 Withers Street Lafayette, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for Possession of Hydrocodone, Possession of Hydrocodone with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Laura Suzane Lowe, age 24, of 584 Liberty Drive Dalton, GA was arrested July 15, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Lowe remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Derek Sean Nida, age 24, of 114 BackDraft Lane Rossville, GA was arrested July 16, 2011 for Pedestrian Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of a Schedule III Drug, Disorderly Conduct and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Nida was released on $9,000 bond.

Ricky Lee Barmore, age 46, of 3660 Chattanooga Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 18, 2011 for a Bench Warrant for three counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts and a Bond Surrender for Terroristic Threats and Acts. No bond has been set. Barmore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dino Allen Hall, age 31, of 1188 Keys Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 18, 2011 for a Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Hall remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Raymone Wooten, age 21, of 574 Pinewood Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested July 18, 2011 for three counts of Theft by Taking and three counts of Burglary. Bond has been set at $22,500. Wooten remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Hill, age 32, of Coal Camp Road Bradshaw, WV was arrested July 18, 2011 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Bond has been set at $5,000. Hill remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Zechariah Adam Smith, age 23, of 38 Hickory Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 18, 2011 for Simple Battery (FVA), Simple Assault (FVA) and Terroristic Threats and Acts. Smith was released on $8,000 bond.

Sue Leeshane Light, age 21, Homeless was arrested July 18, 2011 for False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State. Light was released on $5,000 bond.

James Everette Tipton, age 46, of 205 Pearl Street Chickamauga, GA was arrested July 19, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tipton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bobby Dale Venable, age 24, of 204B Orchard Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested July 19, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Venable will remain incarcerated at CCDC.

Barbara Jean Campbell, age 47, of 437 Beaver Road Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested July 19, 2011 for two counts of Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Campbell remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brian Kyle Cook, age 21, of 283 High Street Ringgold, GA was arrested July 19, 2011 for Entering an Auto, Theft by Taking, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz., Bond Surrender for Burglary, Probation Violation, Hold for East Ridge Police Department and Hold for Walker County Sheriff's Office. No bond has been set. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Lloyd Mohahan, age 28, of 128 Porter Street Soddy Daisy, TN was arrested July 19, 2011 for a Probation Violation. Mohahan remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimberly Jean McNeese, age 50, of 60 Wofford Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 20, 2011 for Possession of a Schedule II Drug, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Hold for Walker County Sheriff's Office. No bond has been set. McNeese remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Ray Blansit, age 27, of 555 East Garden Farm Road Rossville, GA was arrested July 20, 2011 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property Stolen From Out of State, Driving on Suspended or Revoked License, Proof of Insurance Required, Alteration of License Plate and Registration and License Requirements – General. Blansit was released on a $9,000 bond.

Phillip Ray Cooper, age 35, of 223 16th Avenue Chatsworth, GA was arrested July 20, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cooper remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Dustin Howard, age 25, of 1474 Mount Vernon Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 20, 2011 for Aggravated Assault. Howard was released on his Own Recognizance.

John Gregory Morris, age 43, of Dixie Motel #6 Ringgold, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for a Bench Warrant for Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary and Hold for Walker County Sheriff's Office. No bond has been set. Morris remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Joel Landrum, age 31, of 12 D Peagram Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Landrum was released on $5,000 bond.

Brittany Lea Defoor, age 24, of 984 Debbie Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Defoor remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Free Shannon Freeman, age 33, of Dalton, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for a Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Freeman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bryan Eugene Gatlin, age 44, of 720 Hillandale Lane Lithonia, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Financial Identity Fraud. No bond has been set. Gatlin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lord Christian Kellett, age 42, of 526 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Kellett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Neal Stoker, age 26, of 276 Whitmore Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 21, 2011 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Stoker remains incarcerated at CCDC.
