Coy Edward Manry, 71, of Spring City and formerly of Crossville, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, at Erlanger in Chattanooga.

He was born Nov. 7, 1938 in Tukerman, Ark. to the late Coy and Bulah (King) Manry.

He is survived by his sons, Mark Manry of Cookeville and Coy Manry of Lawrence, Ks.; daughters, Kathy Dominquez of Fresno, Cal., Marlynn Mosley and Brenda Barnell of Topeka, Ks. and Wendy Donnley of Kansas City, Ks.; sister, Wanda Galloway of Crossville; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be mailed to 650 Old Stage Road, Spring City, Tn. 37381 and will be forwarded to his children.

5 Disinherited Adopted Children Of Dr. J. Don Brock May Share In Rich Estate After All

Five disinherited adopted children of the late Chattanooga businessman J. Don Brock may share in his large estate after all. After losing at the trial court and appeals court level, the plaintiffs won a victory at the Tennessee Supreme Court. Walker County Asks Dismissal Of Erlanger Lawsuit Asking Court To Order New Taxes For Payment Of $8.7 Million Debt

Walker County, Ga., is asking the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by Erlanger Health System that asks a federal judge to order the levying of taxes to pay an $8.7 million debt.
