Practiced Medicine In Chattanooga Over 50 Years

Louis Ulin, 94, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at his home.

Dr. Ulin was a graduate of Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pa., and practiced medicine in Chattanooga for over 50 years and was board certified in General Surgery. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Medical unit of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice G. Ulin and a brother, Dr. Alex Ulin.

Survivors include his daughter, Allison Ulin Lynch, Chattanooga; son, Dr. Louis Scott Ulin, Dania Beach, Fl.; brother, Dr. Steve Ulin and sister-in-law, Ellie Ulin, Tucson, Az.; sister-in-law, Selma Cash Paty, grandchild, Kate Lynch, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Laura Ulin, Margate, Fl.; Shaun Scott Ulin and Tristan Ulin, Dania Beach, Fl.; and several great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Siskin Children’s Institute.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Plan Proposed For Lookout Mountain, Ga., Homeowners To Pay $10 Per Month For 8 Years For Sewer Upgrades
